The model is from Michael, that’s why it looks very similar to him.
This mod includes two hats, two face textures compatible with the hats and of course. Tommy Angelo
It doesn’t have facial animations, because these are compatible with player, not with ped.
Installation:
.-Go to OpenIV
.-Go to your mods folder, if you don’t got one, create one.
.-Go to x64v/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_mp/mp_famdd.
.-Replace all the files.
.-Go back to streamedpedprops and go to mp_famdd_p for hats.
.-Delete everything inside the folder and put my files.
.-Do not rebuild and enter the game.
.-Enjoy!

He started off as an impoverished taxi driver, but somehow he got caught up in a bitter gang war between two mafia families. Iβm not sure how Tommy Angelo survived the shotgun blast and went half a century into the future though.
Sliderv2 actually did a similar mod before, but it was for his own Lamar roast video and he wasnβt keen on sharing it either. So I did my own take and it took me quite a while to get him up and running.
Installation instructions:
Using OpenIV, copy the ig_tommy folder along with the ig_tommy.yft and ymt files to peds.rpf in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf. This assumes that you already have Addon Peds as well as the required scripts set up.
Alternatively if you want to replace a cutscene ped, rename the ig_tommy folder as well as its respective yft and ymt files to letβs say cs_lamardavis in case you want to have Tommy stand in for Lamar and roast the living daylights out of poor Franklin, or you could do it the easy way by following this tutorial:
